This has to be the worst post office in Denver. We get our mail every 4 days! How is that even allowed by USPS standards unless they have no standards. Terrible service.

This is ONE of the Best Post Offices I have been too…I just hate it’s not close to my house. Everything ALWAYS WORKS PROPERLY… Even the package dropoff!!! 😊

I’ve had a PO Box here for years and I really like the post master. However, the lobby is no longer open 24 hrs and there is no sign indicating this. Have made 2 trips to pick up mail and still am unable to as they are only open during business hours. I will be closing my box as this is beyond inconvenient and the lack of communication is unacceptable – a sign on the door would take the absolute minimal effort and that’s still too much for you to provide to your box holders.

Not very happy that the lobby doors have been locked every time I try to check my PO Box. The lobby is supposed to be open 24/7. Though I am not satisfied with that aspect, I have to say that I’ve always had exceptional customer service, especially from Nikita and Megan (my apologies for any misspellings 🙂). Thank You, Ladies.
