Went in to renew my sons passport. Was unaware that i had to make an appointment & bring him in. The man at the register was short tempered & rude instead of simply providing me with information that would help me complete the application properly. I asked him why he was being rude & he replied that it had been a long day. I worked in customer service for many years and there is never an excuse to treat customers rudely. I made an appointment at the Eureka post office and they were friendly and helpful.

Some nice people work here, but some are incredibly rude, especially a few of the drivers. If you can’t find a way to be kind to people regardless of your day, get out of customer service.

One of the workers with long hair and is a little bit older talked to me like he was my dad trying to lecture me while delivering mail. Also evil eyes me now every time he sees me.

The workers are very condescending and their mask policy is poorly enforced, one of the employee’s mask was completely off for at least 5 minutes. Gotta mail stuff though.

The post office left my passport out in the rain on a Friday. It’s my first passport and it’s ruined I need a new one and I doubt they will take responsibility or pay for it. I’ll keep it updated but I really didn’t expect to receive a ruined waterlogged passport…. Really sucks. Thanks. I appreciate it. I’ll probably have to buy another one and wait two more months….. IT WASNT CHEAP
