I had a passport appointment & arrived about 30 minutes early. They were able to to squeeze me in before the next appointment and process was quick and easy. The ladies at the front were very nice and I was out of there in 10 minutes.

The delivery person for Arvin keeps leaving the mailbox open(if the item being delivered is too large). And leaves the item hanging out instead of taking it to the front doorstep…..that’s how you get packages stolen!!

The lady’s there are not helpful and top of that they don’t even want help with questions they give you attitude and instead them packing and taping the item they make you !!! Unprofessional

Horrible service by delivery carriers in Arvin, my in-laws often do not receive important documents that are mailed to them, some have been time sensitive documents for their health care management. Often packages that I mail them from Florida or Amazon (as usps is the third party carrier for Amazon in Arvin) DO NOT arrive!!! This is federal theft!!! And I am reporting this and I will ensure that the responsible party is reprimanded if not fired. Who messes with the elderly?! Shame!!!
