Customer service is the worst here. Told me wrong information, and refused to help me. I googled it and found the answer immediately so now I need to go back to this office and fix it. Wasted my time and felt disrespected. I’m always nice and respectful to people working service because I have too and I understand that it is frustrating. But at least tell me correct information, and be respectful to me.

My stepson’s cremated remains were delivered this last Thursday, to our home in Atascadero. I did not recognize the man who delivered them, but he was so respectful and compassionate, know what he was delivering. I would give this gentleman 10 stars if I could. Another person who made this difficult situation easier. Kudos to this gentleman!!!

I patronized the Atascadero office today primarily to purchase commemoratives. Marcy, the clerk was friendly, accommodating and helpful. I.bought a bunch : The Sun, Star Wars, Spooky Halloween silhouettes and Ravens. Thank you Marcy !😁
