Usually very good fast service at all the Juneau post offices compared to other cities I’ve been to. The Mendenhall valley one has a self serve machine.
The people here are courteous and helpful!
If nobody is at the counter, ring the bell so that they’ll know you’re there. They’re always working in the various areas of the building, to get our mail out/in.
Have delayed or lost a NUMBER of packages and LIE about delivery “attempts”.

Way better than all the other locations in Juneau. The rest are all totally useless compared to here. Friendly staff and will not crush your packages. I ONLY go here now.
Super friendly service and almost never a line. If you do not see anyone at the counter, simply ring the bell and they come fast.
