I mailed 3 things at this post office and none of which arrived. One was overnighted, I paid a fee to get it where it was going, and it never arrived. The other was dna samples for two separate dogs and they never arrived. It’s funny I have only ever mailed 3 things and none arrived! Makes you wonder who the mail carrier is and where the mail is actually going.

I work for a fairly large company that sends tons of packages via usps and they refuse to pick up package on friday at noon even though that when we close. Then laugh in our face when we say its not our job to bring alllllll the packages to them. This is why we have slowly started switching all of our business to fedex. Customer service is awful as well.

I live in an apartment and we have a shared Mail box that’s supposed to be locked but the Mail Carrier left the whole side open where anyone could take anyone’s mail. I frequently order from wish and eBay and am worried about things being stolen.
