This location is exceptional in their service!! Donna and Daren are extremely helpful!! My Aunt Nancy and my Mom go to no other location although they live 20 minutes away and have other usps facilities much closer to them!! Thank You for the personal, professional, polite service!! They would give 6 stars if it were an option!!
Very fast and friendly service. I would recommend this place for any frequent shippers because I trust them to deliver! Even if you don’t ask for a receipt, they make sure to get your package there. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
Also I think Donna and Derrick should open their own delivery service, for real.
It’s rare to find a place like the Benson Post Office. Derrick and Donna are by far the best I’ve ever seen in regards to speed, accuracy, professionalism and most of all…customer service with a smile! Other post offices in the area should send their employees to Benson for training on how to treat people and getting things processed quickly.
I love this post office! They are so cheerful and helpful! I don’t like going to the post office, but I do mind coming to this one because they make the whole experience pleasant!
