I have my Amazon packages delivered to my PO Box, because I never received them when the Amazon Drivers were delivering them. So I pay over $150 every 6 months just for this one reason. This worked perfectly with my PO Box in Centerton, but in the first week I got my Bentonville PO Box they lost an Amazon Package.

Where do I start? I look forward to coming in the post office. Every single time I go in there I feel like they know who I am. I love the options of stamps that I get to choose from and the team up front helping are my kind of people. They have a great selection of “hallmark” cards to choose from as well. Way to go guys.

More than 50% of the time confuses my address with another and does nothing to remedy the issue. I am expected to pray that the person that does get my package has the heart to return it to me and not steal it.
In this instance, the package is locked in someone else’s box and they are out of town. Cannot reach an actual human for help. Absolutely beyond atrocious.
