The short Hispanic/Asian man who is always asking if anyone had anything to pick up/drop off, Is very disrespectful. His attitude is ugly and he’s rude to the costumers. I’m a nice and laid back person but the way he talked to me today when I asked him if I could use a piece of tape for my prepaid priority package almost made me flip in the whole store. Y’all need to do better with employees like him. The ladies are very sweet and kind though.

Far and beyond the worst Post Office I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Had a verbal altercation initiated by the supervisor after their carrier attempted to steal a package of mine. They are now retaliating by marking all subsequent packages as refused without ever attempting delivery.

I have been to this post office twice. First time was a woman who wasn’t very knowledgeable about how to best ship something, but she wasn’t mean about it, just not experienced. This next time was a very helpful guy. I was trying to send something small, but I didn’t have any packaging.

The packaging they have for sale has no pricing on it, and it’s not clear what is what out on the retail floor area. There was another guy (heavier set) who was I guess working there, but really not of much help, he didn’t seem to know much about what is out in the retail area and kept repeating that there were shipping supplies there, he did go look for a small flat rate box, and came back with a medium priority box. I pointed out that that wasn’t what I was looking for, he said that’s what we have, check the brown ones out on the floor. OK. But there’s no signage to help me understand what is what or what I need. It’s almost as if they just have the things out there thinking that you will be desperate for shipping materials and you’ll just pay whatever. Nope!

But the younger guy who helped me, today, was great. He looked out for me as to pricing and the most efficient way to send my item while making sure it was packaged up and protected. Thank you for good customer service! I think his name was William.

The post office, itself is an older building, which I like. It’s got a neat arched window in front. However, it’s not well maintained inside, it smells musty and there is a considerable amount of dirt/dust on all the po boxes and corners of the interior. I thought about renting a po box here, but I think I’ll skip it, and go somewhere else.
