I have repeatedly had important packages and letters lost from the postal service here. Large packages, federal documents, personal letters – they lose them all. Serious issues with accountability of delivered items here and needs to be addressed.

This Post Office actually answers their local telephone number. They get five stars just for answering their phone. My experience with Karla over the phone has been wonderful; she was knowledgeable and eagerly addressed my problem. I have lived in over five states, and no Post Office has ever answered their phone when calling them directly. This is outstanding customer service at the Camarillo Post Office!
Even when I physically visit this Post Office, the staff is always friendly and very efficient. The line moves quickly, if there even is a line. Nothing but good experiences from this Post Office. I live nearby, but if I’m out of the area and need to mail something, I will wait to mail my items until I can get to the Camarillo Post Office. I feel confident my mail/packages will be handled with care and will be safe at this facility.

Carriers repeatedly leave packages worth hundreds of dollars in my roadside mailbox, but mark them “Delivered to Individual.” When one disappears, the anonymous driver claims to have handed it to me. I don’t allow anyone to ship USPS to me anymore.

Good location, I have only gotten there once or twice when it was busy. Even though there were probably 8 to 10 customers in line ahead of me, it took only a short time to be finished and on my way.
