Couldn’t go inside after hours to drop off a prepaid package. Wasted my time. Had to drive to Scott’s Valley to be able to do this.

Our downtown post office is busy! I sell on eBay and Etsy, the postal workers have made a secure drop off area for us online sellers to avoid adding us to the lines to simply drop off a preposted package. The staff are always super helpful also!!.

Like Jesse D. In these comments. Same issue. I’ve had a box here for many many years. Now due to co-vid they say, hours are same as typical banking hours. Let’s bring everyone into the lobby at the same time instead of spreading out throughout a 24 hour window. Oh why am I still paying for the same 24 hour service than?
