Very kind customer service but charge an additional $4/book of stamps. Didn’t pay attention and didn’t see upcharge until later. Disappointed in the experience.

Changed their hours without warning. This is not shown ANYWHERE besides their door. I missed the new closing time by approximately 2 minutes when I only needed to drop off an already labeled package. In the past I’ve had little issue besides some rude employees but this has me genuinely reconsidering ever using this location again.

Didn’t give me a tracking number at all no email no reciept. I have left 6 voicemails since yesterday no returned phone calls. They don’t answer the phone period.

DO NOT DROP YOUR PACKAGE OFF HERE. This business does not keep track of their packages. I dropped packages off here and have not received confirmation they were dropped off. Totally unreliable.
