I use this post office quite alot and yes there are lines at times but they usually push people thru right away.
I like this post office. It’s pretty clean and comfortable. I’m in there a lot these days to mail packages for my small business and the workers at the desk are nice and friendly. My only issue is that it gets busy a lot, am and pm and they really need to open more desks up because sometimes the line goes out to the door.
Went at a really bad time, the line was outside the first door and into the lobby. There were 14 people in front of me when I arrived. The line moved pretty fast but there was still a wait. The Associate was kind and offered me stamps. She has beautiful wild hair.
My first time there no line, great customer service. I have a lost piece of mail that has been in Washington for 10 days I spoke to Anna and she did her magic I will be getting my mail very soon. Anna is the best mail clerk in the Casa Grande post office. Very very polite. I hope the postmaster at your facility sees this.
