Few employees are kind helpful and efficient. They should get rid of the lazy ones which is the majority unfortunately.

I don’t know why this post office gets such bad reviews. Maybe they’ve had problems in the past, but the customer service staff in place now is always helpful, kind and professional. I’m usually there a few times a month for various types of mail services and I’ve never had a problem. Sometimes they get really busy depending on the time day or holiday season, but I either use the kiosk during those times or just try again a different day.

Small suburban USPS. The Asian lady is very efficient with good service. I guess it depends on which employee you deal with here.
