Update: Went to the post office and told the lady working there the issue. She was very nice and got on it right away. When I got back from running errands, the mail carrier was there taking my packages to the front door. They corrected the oversight so quickly!
They gave me a key in my cluster mailbox to a package box that doesn’t work. No way to get a hold of anyone on the call line. Now my heat-sensitive delivery is going to sit in there for 3 days until Monday when I can hopefully catch the mail carrier and try to get my package.
I came in to ship 151 leather stamps to someone who bought them off Facebook and I didn’t have the box tapped up correctly enough for me to feel safe. So the staff took it apon themselves to help me out. He taped up the box and had me out the door extremely fast. Best part is we joked and he made my experience there enjoyable. Thank you for excellent customer service!!!
They are efficient and quick. I usually find that there isn’t much of a line and they get through patrons quickly. Parking is right up front too.
First time visiting a post office in years! Was just passing by the area and decided to swing by. Was much better of an experience than I remember! Smaller office, but still got everything accomplished that I needed.
