My wife made passport appointments for my 3 kids. Arrived today over prepared with all documents and paperwork filled out. Missed the guys name, but he was excellent. I think he may have been the main passport guy and supervisor. He was able to knock out 3 applications, 4 photos (wife snuck in her passport photo), pay for everything, include shipping random item and mailing passport renewal in 30 mins!!!! …. And he was friendly, professional, and nice to the kids. The best experience have had getting passports (4th time). He was lower 48 5 Star good.
Friendly and helpful staff, but woefully understaffed. Expect at least a 30 minute wait to pick up any packages with a yellow slip.
Very mediocre service overall. It’s a nightmare getting packages from them on time. Requested a redelivery(and made sure to label what time I’d be available at home since it needs a signature) and they still haven’t delivered it after 5 days. Not the first time I’ve had issues like this. I’ll leave my rating at 2 stars only because the online customer service was very helpful. The USPS services in this town specifically are not very good in comparison unfortunately.
