I didn’t realize my package said UPS and not USPS. I was panicked I lost the shipment. Thank you for giving it to UPS for me. 5 stars for customer service.
The staff has always been very courteous and professional; it is not their fault that rates have gone up and the lines and tension have accelerated. The Post Office is the lifeblood of this country…so the negative comments are not very helpful to Postal Service veterans Joel, Laverne, stellar mail carrier Eric and all those who really do care to do a good job under strained circumstances. The staff is equally friendly downtown; let’s support and not drag them down as we muddle through uncertain times.
We got some extra help here with renewing a passport. They reviewed our form for mistakes without us asking and made sure we were sending all the correct documents.

Always a pleasure to visit, never too busy, and the workers go above and beyond- when we reported a missing package, they found it within a day because all the carriers know their routes so well. One employee even gave my 5-year-old a whole tutorial on how their package weighing system works!
