Can’t even take the time to actually ring doorbell. We had a “we missed you” notice IN the mailbox. No attempt to knock on our door and even try to deliver. We work from home and we are here all day, even the ring cam would have picked them up.

Worst PO Box service I have ever received mail not up till 1pm informed delivery not there, then clerk tells me, oh well, its not important,when I was supposed to get my paycheck and bills,total incompetence on doing their job.

Every experience I’ve had at this post office and with its employees has been positive. The staff seems to always be doing more with less, and the added stresses of COV-ID I’m sure are particularly taxing. Mistakes happen. That’s a fact of life. So, yes, the employees here, like all of us, are imperfect. But the courtesy they’ve shown me and my perception of their commitment to quality customer service makes me very appreciative of the work they do to keep this operation running.

Folsom CA post office is the definition of great customer service. We mistakenly dropped an important letter into their outside collection box. We called the post office & thanks to Ruth they got our letter back to us! This is typical of the service we have enjoyed from this location!.
