I happen to go during a busy hour but only waited a few minutes to be helped. Had to go to the service door to receive my mail due to the fact that our mailboxes are damaged still. The gentleman was very nice & adequate !.

Won’t pick up packages and if packages are over medium size will not deliver. Never had issues with other city’s usps. Just Fontana.

Had too wait, but not long it was a typical week. Very friendly, coming and going. I was sending off packages. Staff communicated with me.

Horrible. There’s no common sense. They shoved a box with priceless vinyl records in a Mailbox that doesn’t fit in the heat and the labeled glass. Nicked my finger trying to pull it out without damaging my package and it’s contents.Very poor performance and unprofessional. I would expect better than that.

The guy up front is very helpful asking what you need before you stand in that line. Half the time he is able to help before waiting in line. Line doesn’t take too long. Has machines in the hall to get your own prepaid label.

Very fast service! Postal workers here are very efficient in their work, usually busy by late afternoon but they work quick and i can be in and out in no time. Lots of parking and close to other shops like grocery and stuffs, very accessible, also has a POBOX!.
