Worst post office I’ve used in the country . The employees don’t know what they are doing and will charge you different prices every time you go in for the same exact package . They regularly send me things back for not having postage that definitely have postage and I have receipts for . I’ve never seen a more incompetent post office and I’ve lived n several states and use post offices daily . Please get it together so I don’t have to drive to Elk Grove to mail packages .

Terrible customer service. I went to pick up a P.O. Box package and they had me wait for the supervisor. Worst part there were two employees up front.

Very nice and prompt service. Great customer service!! I hear customers asking for impossible things sometimes and free shipping and they get frustrated. Sorry , but shipping is not free anywhere in the world. There is always a price attached to it.
