The VA mailed my fragile medical supplies only to arrive completely smashed. Frequently get messages from Amazon that packages were delivered but not there. I firmly believe they just say they do to Amazon so they can keep getting the money. It’s so bad I made Amazon make a note on my account to NEVER use USPS for deliveries to me. I guess it’s time to make another in person visit to express my concerns. One thing the military is good at is making you persistent and able to wait forever to get something.

Never get any of my packages on time and can’t afford to go track them down every time I need to have the package I ordered the day the delivery says as for some reason my post office has to be 30+ minutes away. The only thing pleasant I’ve experieced is my mail delivery person that takes the time to make sure my mail box gets shut correctly and my mail stays dry.

The package delivery is a joke I’ve caught the driver throwing computer out of the window on my camera and I tried to contact them for other missing packages the phone is a joke you can’t get through it’s just computer system you can never get a hold of anybody.

The phone number is a computer thing so , watch out because you cant get threw . Try to get something done and I cant get threw . Waste of time.
