Terrible post office. Half the time our offices mail gets delivered elsewhere and then our customer gets a call asking where payments are. I have had packages to be picked up (scheduled online) for three days. Mail gets delivered but no one has come into the office to get the packages. We have always had a great mail carrier but I have not seen him lately (hoping he is enjoying a vacation) but others need to step up. They do not answer their phone when you call. I am short staffed and cannot always leave the office and sometimes have time sensitive mail that needs to go out. Frustrated.

I don’t know what this community expects from their post office but l think you have a real gem here. Plenty of parking and even shaded which is very hard to find in this hot box that is California.
Very nice and helpful ladies at the counter. They helped me get the correct postage for a special square envelope l was sending to Dad for Father’s day.

My package shows as delivery failed at 9:01 AM…It’s 9:20 AM, I’ve been sitting outside and no sign of the package. It’s probably a system error, but hard to think it can’t be something else, when I don’t trust the delivery person after a few confrontations of me asking to no drive so fast up the driveway and to stop backing up so close to our fence. It’s upsetting.
