The staff at this post office have been as helpful as they can and have always been pleasant, so I have no complaints with them. But my complaint is our mailbox has been out of commission for months now. Having to go to the post office to retrieve our mail is most inconvenient. We all work long hours and do not have time to pick up our mail during the post office hours . Haven’t gotten our mail for weeks because of it. No time frame of getting our community mailboxes fixed, just told they are short staffed and they will get to it as soon as possible. Mind you this was 3 months ago. I completely understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous.

called fore live chicks that i was supposed to get a call for since the update said they were in hemet. i was suppose to recieve a call to pick up but never did and no answer bfor 3 hours calling on and off!!!!! never will use the post office any chance i get if this is what they call customer service!!.

Horrible mail carriers! I’ve had several packages marked as delivered, but nothing was here. I get mail from other people’s addresses all the time and I know that my mail must be going to other’s addresses as well. I’ve ordered the same product twice now and twice it has been marked as delivered when it was not.

I have a missing package. I call to make a concern about it and never recived a call I call direct no one answers. Delivered 26 August not here. Pay attention to address on deliveries stay off your phone.i know you have a challenging job.and hot outside but focus when you deliver. I get mail from addresses not mine. So if my package is delivered somewhere else can you please bring it to my address. week later no response so I’m very upset.
