This post office and it’s mail carriers are the absolute WORST. It’s the middle of winter and my heater is out. The one I ordered in the mail? He won’t deliver it to me because my neighbor’s trash can was near the community mailbox. These are government employees. They work FOR us. How is this level of entitlement tolerated? If you can use a better carrier, DO! The USPS, specifically in Hollister Ca leaves you wondering if they even deserve the money we pay them.

Horrible experience! 12/14 7:07am my package showed delivered in mailbox. It was not there. I have a locked community mailbox so there is no way it could have been stolen. I filed a complaint online. Today I received a call back from the post office from someone with a horrible attitude. She told me my mail carrier “did me one” when she went to deliver me another package, noticed my original package so took both and left on my porch. As you can see on the image, two days later one package was left on my porch. Not my one item missing. Why move it from its scanned location?
