This place is constantly loosing my mail.Everytime I check my mail I have multiple pieces of mail not for me. They throw your mail in a box without any care. There prices goes up every 6 months and is getting ridiculous. It’s not even worth paying for a box when you can spend the same amount and get it directly to your house. Soldotna post office is absolutely horriable. I’d give them a 0 star if it would let me.
This is the best post office. Never and I say never again have I had any issues with the staff or service. We go all the way from Funny River because the service is so good. Don’t beat them up. If you’re willing to have others to wait in line for you to finish your business then be patient. Mail issues do come up and forms need to be filled out for certain services.
Mail takes forever to get to my box and mail is lost/missing on a regular basis. They won’t deliver to my house so I have to get everything at my PO box. I receive delivery notices on my tracking, drive all the way to town only to find out the package isn’t in my box.
