This post office gets confused by forwarding mail. They see the forwarding notice, say they are forwarding, but after some digging I found they thought that was too much work to actually give me my package so they sent it back to the shipper. They called ME after hours then proceed to tell me that a supervisor was unavailable to talk to. Once I pointed out that they called me and that a supervisor wasn’t available was nonsense they hung up on me. Stephanie English is a terrible supervisor and doesn’t know what she is doing. I reached out to the shipper and explained the whole situation and said if they did infact receive my package back I would pay extra to not use USPS services, they are unorganized and lazy. The shipper said if they receive my package they would reach out to me and ensure I get my package. No one should use this post office if maybe USPS in general. It is no wonder that the reviews for this post office are so low.
Update as of July 8th: Stephanie the supervisor called me at “her earliest convenience” 2 o’clock in the afternoon. She left a vague voice-mail and then didn’t know how to hang up the phone correctly and put me on hold for the remainder of the voice-mail, 2 minutes of hold music. That screams incompetent. The seller has gotten my order back and is working with me to use another service that knows how to deliver packages.
