They mark packages ‘delivered’ before they actually get delivered. Now I’m having to jump through hoops with companies I bought from that say I should’ve received my items but the Post Office says it could be up to 4 days before they get here. Also the Lompoc USPS line is worse than the DMV, every single person that works there is incompetent

Horrible service, I called to find out information about my package and the worker was very rude. Raised his voice over the phone, absolute ridiculous. Never mind the fact that the automated phone system is a nightmare to navigate. Almost impossible to finally talk to a real person. They constantly deliver packages to the wrong address, which means I have to get it reordered and shipped again. No wonder they have 2 stars, should be less than .Karin Hauenstein The Clerks at the Lompoc Post Office are the BEST. They are the most helpful people and are always looking to be as helpful as they can.

i come here allllll the time to send out my penpal letters to foreign countries and in country friends and it always gets to them safely; i also get their letters safely too. big shout out to the coolest post office guy, gabriel, for always being nice about having to put different individual labels on my letters!.
