There’s a lady here that’s been pretty rude to me when I drop off my packages. The older man is nice. Also package pick up is terrible Iv schedule for pickups about 5 times 3 outta the 5 they don’t show up yet send me and email they did. One lady who came to pick up was rude to me a younger lady who came was very nice and understanding. But yeah messed up that they don’t even stop to pick up my packages then lie about it

Poor customer service. I wish they had a self service kiosk like most post office do then I dont have to deal with the incompetent personnel. And dont get me started on my home mail delivery person or persons… thanks los banos I’ll drive to merced to mail my letters.I’ve visited the post office recently and had really pleasant experience. The man who helps inside is nice. Also our regular mail delivery yo our home has improved as well. Thank you.

Older gentleman is very rude and doesn’t need to be working with people at all. The guy literally had my girlfriend crying. I filed a complaint And I really hope he losses that job. Very unprofessional and all around mean guy. If they want to run an acceptable post office,They need to fire that man.

Worst post office that I have been to. The guy that is suppose to help with passports is the rudest guy ever he doesnt even listen to what you ask. All he says is I can’t help you know get out of line. He should be fired.
