I don’t want to give anyone ideas so they overwhelm this branch – but I have to share the above and beyond service Donny the postmaster and Keola our mail carrier provided. I needed a small package first thing in the morning so a repair could be made on a bike before my son needed it for his job. It could have arrived later that day and Donny or Keola could have told me to just be patient. Instead they took time away from their busy day to hunt through their unsorted mail to find it and hold it for me to pick up. Never did they act like it was unreasonable or they could not take the time. I am so grateful for their selfless help! Then when I went to the branch to pick up the nice woman at the counter seemed just as eager to help me get my package. Such great people!Thank you!
