This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. If you’re thinking of moving to Maumelle or North Little Rock…don’t. I am constantly missing mail, getting other peoples mail, receiving packages days after it says it was delivered, receiving damaged mail, and overall lazy and nonexistent customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Severe issues receiving mail and they do not answer their phones. How do you expect to help the people in your community if you do not even answer their phone calls when the lobby hours are only during regular business hours.

Maumelle,Ar. Mail gets put in wrong box,postman did not pick my mail up today with my flag up. Also instead of bringing mail to your door that needs signing. They have been known to just leave form in mailbox.

I accidentally put a very important letter that was not ready to be mailed in the mailbox at the Maumelle Post Office by mistake over a weekend. I realized it later that night, so I called first thing Monday morning. I spoke with the manager about my dilemma and knowing how busy they are, felt bad asking for help. Needless to say, the manager was not only very polite and understanding, they were able to find the letter and get it back to me. I am very grateful and appreciate all they did to help us.

I’ve lived in two other cities.. this is by far the worst USPS facility. Everyone makes mistakes, but the errors committed by the personnel here are chronic and systemic. We lose mail, get wrong mail, get our mail delivered to the wrong address, they hold some packages way to often, damage items, etc. This all happens at least twice a week and, for me, has happened for about 7 years. You can’t call them either.. it either rings perpetually or there is a busy signal. Can’t wait for the day when UPS, FedEx, and Amazon replace you.
