They shut the bin drop off inside this USPS site, for over a month, and now have you put any prepaid packages on a counter. 2 of my packages went missing last week and it is apparent people are just picking them up and walking off with them. These were ecommerce jewelry that I sell and lost a great deal of money that week. USPS postal insurance is worthless, they never honor the claims. They need to open the bin back up so our packages are secure. Don’t get me started on how horrid my delivery guy is. He will never pickup my packages going out and is a true mysgnostic towards women.

The people are so dedicated and professional here. They work very long hours and are still friendly and polite. They deliver packages every day, even on Sundays. It’s called the extra mile.If you get a chance, let them know that you appreciate them. They rarely get a thank you.

For whatever reason they don’t deliver packages larger than the mailbox to your door. They just put a notice in your mailbox. Whats the point of ordering larger items online if its not delivered to your door? I ordered a rug that wouldn’t fit in my car and they had me pick it up. I had to borrow a friends truck. Do better.
