I only gave it 3 stars because of Vincent. After speaking to what seems the manager and said there’s was nothing he could do for me, I went back to speak with Vincent and fixed my problem with ease. I appreciate so much since I had to drive an hour and a half from my destination and I saw him help a lot of other people as well. Thank You Vincent they should give you whoever that guy was position over to you.

I recently put my mail on hold, and noticed some packages were marked as delivered. When I called the post office in the evening, the lovely employee who answered was incredibly helpful. Not only did she try to track down my carrier while I was on hold, but she took my number down and called me back after hours to let me know that my packages were delivered safely back to the post office as requested. So pleased with the customer service when I was super stressed out about the delivery situation. Additionally, all of my packages in the last month or so AT LEAST have been arriving ahead of schedule, which is just unheard of! This team rushes to get the packages out as soon as they arrive, which means I almost always get mine delivered at least one day in advance. Super happy with the post office right now!

The mail carrier is the worst in modesto. For one year straight my mail has been placed in the wrong mail box which is unacceptable. I went to talk to supervisors in person am they give me the run around which is log on to their website or call customer service which dosent help the situation. The mail carriers need to be replaced immediately.
