They really got this stuck up rude lady working here. I didnt get her name but she was really rude and started laughing in my face because I forgot this specific paperwork that I needed but I forgot it . yes it was my fault but why laugh in my face ? What’s so funny about that ? I grabbed the rest of my documents and walked off and while I was walking off she continue to laugh with the customer was that was in the back of me ! Worst Service ever won’t come back here again !

Packages are consistently dumped on the side of the road near my mailbox instead of brought to my porch. Many are stolen before I even get a delivery notification. Nobody has helped me to resolve this, or seems to care at all. Avoid living in their delivery area!

Easily the worst USPS branch I have ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to reach them for over a month regarding delivery issues to our package locker at our apartment complex. They do not answer their phone, and it will disconnect after a few minutes of ringing. I finally reached Brian today at their phone number, and he was very short and rude on the phone. He flat out said that they will not deliver to a package locker and will continue to deliver to the wrong address when packages are shipped to my address through them.

The masked woman behind the plexiglass could not be heard and she was talking too fast. (English secquence too hurried) I went in to use the priority mail machine, but that was out of order. The building was hot. Not a good visit.
