It always take 30 mins to get through the line, and there is always only 1 associate checking people out. Learn your busy hours and hire more check-out staff. Absolutely infuriating.

Amazon sent an expensive delivery thru the postal service (USPS). So instead of an expected door delivery, the pkg was left in a lock box at our condo. It then was picked up by carrier and returned not to Amazon Riverside, but to somewhere in Las Vegas. I called to report the incident and it was sent in for investigation. Still waiting for response. 2 days later, the carrier or sub left another pkg and other residents mail atop of our main postal box. A neighbor found it all up there.and hand delivered it.

Absolutely fabulous experience with Frances. She worked to help redirect a package in a pinch, then called the carrier to confirm. This was an important delivery for us and it was wonderful customer service.

Why would they build a new post office which is smaller than the one they moved from. Every time I’ve come here the line up is out the door and one, two or three clerks available. They could have done so much better with the design of the building and space, especially since being in Palm Springs.
