The USPS didn’t deliver all my mails after the hold mail was ended on 06/01/2022. I called to the post office after all mails did not resume as expected, a lady from post office said my mail will be delivered on 02/06. However, I haven’t received nothing. In my mail box still showing the note “Hold mail (5/21-06/1/22)”. So weird!!!A mail man continues to put the note in my mailbox again instead of resume my mails.It’s hard to get in touch with the USPS people. Bad service!!!

Some employees that work at this location need the boot. First of all, when I come here, there is always a long line. Then some of the employees usually complain if your packages have tape or if your package is slightly crooked. I’d rather wait to ship my things a few miles farther than here. I have never had issues in other USPS stores besides this one.

Lost my package and won’t reimburse me very unsatisfied. Now I’m out $70 and new work shirts honestly wish there were other options for postage but FedEx and Ups seem to always pass packages off to USPS no matter what.

Can not open with the hours they post. When you confront them about why they are not open during the hours posted. The staff gets very belligerent. You call public affairs and a report is taken with case number. But nothing is resolved. No call back.
