Internet was down so the card readers weren’t available to pay to buy stamps, I was about 50 cents shorts on the cash I needed, the employee offered to pay the rest for me! SO kind and so appreciated, very kind and helpful staff.

I been trying to get some packages delivered. I get the notification it’s been delivered at the residential mail. I go to check and they aren’t there… this has happened more than 3 times already. I’m tired of spending my money and not getting my packages 😒

I’ve shipped out of this post office for years, but never really had to deal with the front desk at all. I came in 10 minutes before closing to buy a bunch of money orders, & the staff was extremely helpful, in a great mood, & didn’t seem to care that people were still pouring through the door, 1 minute before closing.

The passport woman was rude and slow and took people in before us whose appointment was behind us. She knew the time of our appointment. I felt like it was racial discrimination or whatever else she was trying to accomplish.
