They sent a confirmation that my package would be delivered on a Friday. It’s Monday and it now says to check back tomorrow because they haven’t entered in any other information regarding my package. I tried calling but the automated message will not connect you to anyone real.. stick with UPS because this post office doesn’t have it together.

The woman who helped me send my package was so very kind and helpful. Made sure everything was well packaged so it wouldn’t get damaged while shipping.

Whoever delivers the packages does a terrible job. They rang the doorbell one time and when I opened the door they were already back in the van driving away and they didn’t even leave a note despite the fact that when I tracked the package online it said they left a note and delivery was unavailable. Now I’ve requested a redelivery and a request to pick it up and I haven’t heard anything in days. Wouldn’t be an issue if their delivery person just did their job.

The rudest customer service ever. The employee had so much attitude as soon as I approached him and was laughing at me because I was asking questions, because it was my first time at the post office. The workers should not be working if there not willing to help.
