NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!! I went two days in a row, both employees that helped me were rude! Didn’t get any help from them. Had to get the supervisor to find my mail.

Never pickup mail on time and misplaced my outgoing mail have to pay late fees for my bills due.Today they delivered the mail but did not pickup my out going mail USPS future is dark with this type of service.
No wonder why UPS & Fedex is so successful company.

I have tried all week to get them to answer the phone but no one will. tried the 800 number and have to wait two hours on hold. this is a joke and someone needs to do better.

The mail clerks are very friendly and knowledgeable of mail protocol, costs and procedures. The custodian who works there is the friendliest man you ever want to meet. He always greets everyone with a smile. The building is always clean. This building is handicap assecible. Passports are not processed here, you must go to the post office downtown.

I was waiting on a package today the delivery driver didn’t even try to leave it at my house even when I was in the back yard the excuse was animal interference and the only animals that are around were chicken and they were in the pin the driver never even tried to leave the item I needed I guess that’s what I get for living in pine bluff lazy good for nothing drivers.
