I purchased a PO Box 3 weeks ago, was given the keys, had my mail forwarded to the box and 2 packages delivered there. I went to pick up my mail and packages today only to discover they sent all my mail and packages return to sender as undeliverable saying they had no record of me having that box despite my having all the paperwork and the keys to the box. This is my important mail and packages. I am beyond upset, angry, sad, and disappointed. I got an “oh sorry.”

I was all set to write a negative review, but called first and my issue was resolved by a very polite post office worker. This had been my first poor experience with the USPS. I had received a note in my community post box that I needed to verify that I lived there and used that box.
Apparently, the card was supposed to go into the outgoing mail slot, not my own box, so I missed a delivery. The issue was resolved and they had actually held the package, not returned it, so it will be coming in today. It helps to call and talk to someone!.

OK, they forgot to deliver the day I returned from vacation. But a post lady came by that evening with a weeks mail after I inquired that afternoon.
