I go once in a while but one of the clerks (woman) is super rude and kind of disrespectful but today I went and it was a young man (Eli) who treats every single customer respectfully and very kind!It’s the first time someone is nice over there!You should keep him!

Everyone at this location is extra nice and helpful. We here waiting for time sensitive important documents that were sent to the wrong address and refused. Inquiring about it at the post office, they were able to track them down and deliver them to us. Great service!

My package wasn’t delivered. They said that there was no access to my house. I live on an open street i don’t have a gate or even a fence. Anyone can walk up to my house with no problem except for the cameras. My guess is that they were trying to deliver it to the wrong address. UGH.

Don’t you dare complain about a csrrier damaging your packages, because instead of talking to the carrier, they will punish you and tell the carrier not to deliver your packages and call you a liar to your face. Probably rhe most unprofessional staff ever. I understand everyone is understaffed, but telling a customer they are a liar and punishing them for something your employee is doing is BEYOND ridiculous.
