It’s one lady no matter what time what day of the week she is rude always has a attitude… they never delivery my packages to my door which is less than 5 ft away to mailbox….lie say know safe place my door right here they never leave post office with package…I’m disabled have to take Lyft there and back.

It’s easy to say something negative. I’m just going to say new management/Superviser/ building director /CEO . What can the community do to help keep our mail safely be put in our box’s & address change executed properly. We appreciate your hard work but the community is very concerned and don’t feel their mail is protected.

The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. I strongly encourage everyone to use a different location but sadly, I feel that this behavior will continue because there is no streamlined effective way to report it. The employee I dealt with for my passport was extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending, and patronizing. She was not wearing a name badge but as a whole, this location needs to be reevaluated based off of that experience and the fact that the location is run down and filthy. Misrepresentation of a federal facility, for sure.
