this is the worst place to get packages and anything else. the staff is rude and are not able to find packages they leave pick up slips for. the delivery drive is not able to mail in the right box and leaves packages next to the street and not on the porch or in the box. worst post office ever

Post office delivered a large box a week ago. I liked the product so I ordered another one. The second box, which was identical in size as the first one, could not be delivered due to being “oversized”. Even though they just drop all mail off at the top of my driveway anyway and delivered an identical box a week earlier with zero issues! Now I have to go down there, wait in a super slow line, this will likely take a full hour of time from leaving until I return home, I could potentially get COVID, all because they can’t drop off my mail when they don’t feel like it? Come on. They have dropped off boxes a lot bigger and heavier than this plenty of other times too. I swear, it’s whatever mood they’re in and that is not how a post office should function.

Received notification that they attempted delivery of a package (they didn’t – no one came near the house) but couldn’t deliver it because the mailbox was full (again, it wasn’t). It’s a patio heater. Don’t think the mailbox is going to cut it – the driveway would work just fine (oh, and its sunny and clear, just to head off the “attempted delivery – driveway blocked” excuse). Trying to get hold of anyone locally is impossible and the 800 number is an exercise in rage-inducing futility.
