Asking Chuck about passport information. It sounds like he had other important people he needs to attend to rather than helping me. Terrible place to go for passport services. Would recommend somewhere else.

Best place to renew Passport, they even do your photo ($15). Chuck is one cool cat! He’s eligible for retirement and continues to work because he loves his job. Thanks my friend, you made it easy peasy, and I thank you for the extra attention and info for getting ALL the thing’s I needed!.

I am quick to send a complaint, as having been a manager myself for decades, I wanted to learn what the problems are. But I am also quick to praise, as workers do not get enough of that. Today, on a scale of 1-10, I want to give Chuck at the Downtown Phoenix Post Office a 15! He is knowledgeable, patient and efficient.
His resolution of a perplexing problem this week was above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time and showed a determination to fix the problem that is very unusual for customer service anywhere these days. If you still do old-school things like award Employee of the Month, Chuck has my vote!!!!.
