I m normally very honest in my reviews because it helps us as a society to go were is more convenient Las time I went it was a lady si mean and bad service I was so disappointed but thank God this week I went and it was Mr Andy and he helped me so much thanks Andy you are patient and so kind also the lady with long hair sorry I dont know her name she is american and tall very nice too very knowledgeable

This is LITERALLY the worst experience I ever had at a post office. I put in a hold mail through the website and got confirmation number and everything. Come to find it the carrier didn’t get the information EVEN THOUGH I got a confirmation. DYSFUNCTIONAL awful experience, if you can avoid having to go here the better.

I came at my lunch time and took a super long line to ship a package. I didn’t tape it with the right tape as USPS required. The woman clerk (only 1 clerk) is very rude and speak super fast since I can’t hear her clearly because of her mask is on. I feel like I came to beg for for something free. Too bad customers service here.

Horrible customer service!!! Had to pick up mail and waited forever for someone to open the door!! Come on you can do better then this!!!
