I live not 5 minutes away and the mailman keeps putting up a vacant sign in my mailbox.Because I refuse to open others mail. I leave the mail there for the mailman can pick it back up, as it does not belong in my box. There also is no return mail slot available.
I have been not receiving my mail I live in a condo I’ve never had any issues with receiving mail until now when I went to the office to speak to someone they pointed me to the one across town the main hub. When I showed up there they also had no answers for me. And told me to speak to the management that I just left that told me to go across town. Now hopefully I can make it back there before they close and get very important mail that I need to survive on.
This company is doing everything they can to continue keeping their business running while places like Amazon FedEx and UPS or slowly taking over. I am a firm believer that USPS is the most cost-efficient form of delivery. The ladies here at this location are always very kind.
I am surprised to see all the 1 star reviews mainly involving shipping issues. Well guess what people, you live in Alaska.
