Self Service Kiosk is almost always down and out of service. The package drop is almost always locked or “full”. Packages rarely receive acceptance scans when dropped off. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Save yourself the headache, Just drive to Brentwood. The Brentwood facility is open, clean, functional and the staff has never had any attitude issues when we need help. So tired of this underfunded, low quality staff, service, equipment and location here in Antioch.

Went to pick up an urgent package and the clerk was so kind and thorough trying to locate it. I appreciated how many Frontline staff were available. Overall, great experience.

Deidra Lady so rude no help and she tried to stand up in my face but I didn’t move because I was not scared! she got more mad and said she was walking away so I told her good you don’t help anyways also witnessed all three of the ladies being rude to about 10 other people before I even made it up to the line! All of them have bad attitude towards everyone no one told them to work at the post office if they don’t like the job maybe they should quit and go somewhere else.
