Post Office Augusta GA Phone Number Packages Tracking Reviews

90% of the time, my packages are either running late or are “delivered” with a specific location mentioned, however it’s not there. I feel like these workers have to meet a daily quota or something because I don’t understand why my tracking always has a lie attached to it.


I understand that the USPS is going through a hard time right now, but Forest Hills specifically seems to be the the only office in the CSRA to be having as many delivery issues as I’ve experienced. Getting someone on the phone is also a joke.

I had an Amazon package that would not fit in the mailbox so the postal worker didn’t even put it on the truck. Lied and updated tracking information stating she attempted to deliver the package at 1pm but when I went to pick it up at 3pm it was there so no way it was ever even on the truck. This is absolutely ridiculous! The postal worker at the location that handed me the package was very nice and apologetic but something has to be done about this.

This is the worst I mean worst post office and the supervisors are so lazy and don’t care about customer service. They never answer the phone for customers. Carrier said they left a package I ordered in a parcel locker and still no word back!! Talked to supervisor twice and still no phone call. So I gotta go again for the 3 rd time to get a answer. This post office need to be investigated on how they do their job. This is such a shame that they can’t be held accountable for anything!!!

Needs zero stars. Where is my mail and Amazon packages? I held my mail for one day but then canceled the trip and then canceled the hold. Can the cancel of the hold get paid any attention to? I’m still not getting mail several days later. I have informed delivery so I know there is mail. And why hold mail for the entire house? Have called the national customer service line and still not getting issues resolved. I’ve lived in 5 states and many cities, this is the worst USPS location ever. You do not deserve good paying postal service jobs.
