I went there for passport appointment, i was early more than 5 minutes but then i forgot my citizen certificate at home so i asked the employees there if my friend could bring it to me, it would take my friend only 10minutes (2miles) to get therebut she said NO . But my total appointment was 15minutes so even if i was even late, i still have 10 more minutes, she could collect or scan all my documents during the time my friend could drive there but she refused to help anyways and even I told her i have to take a day off at work but she denied to help when she and the other man officer was totally free!Which mean these workers are super lazy and helpless. I don’t remember their name but she works Wednesday, hope someone could check the camera on that day and to see how lazy their was.So frustrated and helpless.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with in my life. The mail carriers NEVER deliver packages unless they are the size of envelops. They make up reasons of why they could not deliver packages meanwhile they are just too lazy. I have one mail lady who never delivers anything unless she can throw it towards my front door from the bottom of my stairs. On a daily basis she walks around talking to her friends on speaker phone or listening to music full blast. She is very rude and should have been fired a long time ago. If you can’t do your job then you need to find another line of work. I have been waiting on a package for almost two weeks and still they can’t seem to deliver it or leave a pink notice on my door so I can pick it up from the post office myself. I am beyond frustrated!!!
