Awful!Don’t open a PO Box here.Your never get your package deliveries if you work 10-12 hours a day like I do.I’ve been complaining about the service here for 3 months now and they just brush it off like it’s nothing. They don’t care or show any concerns.They tell you that your get a refund and the Post Master does her best to block any refunds they you have coming and her customer service skills are Awful!!Honestly, you’d be better off going somewhere else like a post office that is open 6 days a week or a private mail service.This post office and the post master are the worse.I’m going to the better business bureau next to file a complaint because no one plays with my money or emotions!

I was really impressed by how kind and helpful the staff was at this post office today. One of the postal clerks even went into the back to get a paper clip for me to use on the documents I was mailing. They were really nice.
