Came in today for a passport and was in and out in less than 20 minutes, even with someone ahead of me. Romarie was the worker helping me and she was very professional and efficient, even as the office seemed understaffed. The online instructions for getting your passport done were clear and made everything easy. Just note that you do have to pay for street parking but it’s only $2

MIGUEL really saved me getting my passport. I thought I brought in the right paperwork but I didn’t, he gave me a second chance to get it together and I’m soooo grateful! only thing I hated was paying for parking lol.
